Sayonara Tyrano Anime Film has been postponed due to COVID-19


Sayonara Tyrano anime film which is based on Tatsuya miyanshis "Tyrannosaurus" picture book series announced on their official website that the movie release is delayed to a future date due to COVID-19 epidemic.

This is the official message on their website:


"In light of the situation of the new coronavirus infection and the policies of the government and related organizations, we have decided to postpone the release of 'Sayonara, Tyrano,' which was scheduled to be released in early summer 2020. The new release date will be announced on the film's official website and SNS as soon as it is decided. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and ask for your understanding."

Films the main storyline:
The story is mainly based on Zutto Zutto Isshodayo (We will be together forever and always), the 11th book in the series, published in June 2012. It focuses on the protagonist Tyrano (CV: Shinichiro Miki), a Tyrannosaurus who is afraid of darkness despite being the most powerful creature on earth, and Punon (Kaori Ishihara), a Pteranodon girl who lives with hope though she is unable to fly. They go together on an adventure to find heaven.
